Originally constructed in the late 1960s, this Encino house was ready for new owners with new vision.  GOSS BUILDERS set to work renovating the home entirely.

We installed a beam and opened things up to celebrate the home's ample living spaces, providing sightlines to the backyard pool and improving the spread of warm, natural light.  A new kitchen was built, hardwood floors laid throughout, and both bathrooms were tastefully remodeled.  The gorgeous backyard pool area was given a facelift, including custom sun shade and outdoor BBQ features. Now, this beloved home is ready to entertain in style!
